Icons of Mid Century Modern Furniture
This event will delve into the influential figures and iconic designs that defined midcentury modern furniture, aiming to deepen residents’ understanding and enhance their ability to curate and design their midcentury homes.
Our speaker, William Taylor, brings a wealth of expertise as the former Creative Director for Architectural Record Magazine and the firmwide Creative Director for Gensler, the world’s largest architectural design firm. Currently, he lends his talents to Design Within Reach, a subsidiary of Herman Miller & Knoll

Easter Egg Hunt!
Who would have thought there’d be the chance for a real live Easter Bunny sighting in Rancho San Miguel?
Please join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt, Sunday March 24th at 9am right at San Miguel Park. We’ll have the hunt itself likely in the 9-9:30a window, but you’ll be able to stick around for coffee, snacks, and of course prizes.

Do you like Cars? Do you like Coffee?
What’s better is combining the two. Join Sunday Feb 25th at the Cul de Sac at the end of Los Cerros Avenue (right next to San Miguel Park) to see some incredible sports cars and hear from their owners, and sip some AM coffee.
The event will run from 9am to 11am. Don’t miss it!
Annual Meeting & Potluck
This year we are looking forward to seeing all current members at our Annual Meeting and Potluck which will be held on January 20th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Rancho San Miguel Swim Club.
We will chat about what is happening, hold an election for the Board of Directors and tell you about some of the events we have planned for Rancho San Miguel. We will have an old fashioned Pot Luck and have Soft Drinks and Beer and Wine available!

Neighborhood Garage Sale
For homeowners:
Wanting to do a garage sale? Wishing Rancho San Miguel aligned schedules to maximize traffic and opportunity?
Well mark your calendars! — the RSMA is catalyzing a Neighborhood Garage Sale on Saturday October 7th, 2023 from 8am - 1pm. It’s free to participate and we’ll take care of all the signage and advertising to get folks interested in swinging by Rancho San Miguel.
If possible, would be great to get a count of the homes joining so please email Dara (our board member) at dara@dudum.com with your name, address, and the types of items you’re selling so we can help spread the word.
For visitors:
The Rancho San Miguel Neighborhood is hosting a neighborhood-wide garage sale. Come scout for all sorts of treasures! Saturday October 7th, 2023 from 8am - 1pm.
Eichler Tour
Join for our 2023 Eichler Home Tour on Sept 30th from 10am-4pm to get a rejuvenating dose of mid-century architecture as well meet some passionate homeowners that embrace the opportunities and pitfalls of radiant heating and floor to ceiling windows. All are welcome, though members of RSMA (only open to residents) get a significant discount.

RSMA Annual Meeting and Steak Out
Hey RSMA members! Please join us this Sunday (January 8th) for our ANNUAL MEETING and our Steak Out revival. We will be recapping our year, voting on board members and discussing upcoming events. After the meeting we will be having tri-tip, potato salad, pasta salad, soft drinks, wine and dessert. We would love to meet new neighbors, so please come! Please bring a dish to share. We look forward to seeing you!
It will be held today 3-5pm at the RSM Swim Club.
