Rancho San Miguel is home to more than 375 Eichler homes, built in the 1950s, and is the largest collection of Eichlers in the East Bay. We love it when visitors drive through to gawk at examples of mid-century curb appeal, but rarely do we invites folks inside.
Join for our 2023 Eichler Tour (10+ homes!) on Sept 30th from 10am-2pm to get a rejuvenating dose of mid-century architecture as well meet some passionate homeowners that embrace the opportunities and pitfalls of radiant heating and floor to ceiling windows. All are welcome, though members of RSMA (only open to residents) get a significant discount. You’ll also have a chance to meet some vendors who are expert in working with Eichlers.

Check in begins at 9:30am, at the Rancho San Miguel Swim Club - 2727 San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek, CA, 94598. Each individual needs a ticket, yet under 18 years old joins free. All kids must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
